Franciscans International
In the latest newsletter (June 16 2008), "Franciscans International" (FI) was reported on new initiatives. In March of this year, a new office in Bangkok was officially opened. This third office of the Franciscan family, besides Geneva and New York, is mainly intended for our Franciscan brothers and sisters in Asia and the Pacific. The FI started this year with extra efforts to be more environmental friendly. Under the motto "Reuse, Repair, Recycle", a practical training program will be developed. It is promised that by the end of this year the program shall be available to all those who are Franciscans minded and committed to a better future. Because this information is with the youth, we will continue to monitor developments and inform you about it.
