Old questions
After an introduction of 5 months, three young men decided to become a member of the Congregation of the Brothers of Huijbergen, in Indonesia familiar with the abbreviation MTB. They are: Bonifasius Purianto (09-11-1989), Elias Miki (16-02-1987) and Yanuarius M. Ulanaga (18/01/1987).
During the celebration of December 8, 2009, they answered positively to the questions asked at many generations before them:
Are you prepared to set yourself free for our Lord Jesus Kristus?
Are you willing to exert yourself in serving your poor and vulnerable fellow human beings?
Are you willing to make yourself free from the ties to your will and your own sense?
Over een half jaar, als zij aan een volgende fase van hun opleiding gaan beginnen zullen dezelfde vragen weer gesteld worden. Ook dan zal een antwoord gauw gegeven zijn, maar een consequente beleving vraagt een leven lang en een oprechte inzet.
